Welcome to Urban Kneads, thank you for visiting.
Urban Kneads is a unique facility based in Nottingham city centre. We provide a range of services for pregnant mums and new parents including: Antenatal Classes (including Hypnobirthing), Pregnancy Yoga, Pregnancy Massage,
Post Natal/New Mum Massage, Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, The Creation Station Messy Play Classes, Socatots Classes as well as Aqua Natal classes at a local Nottingham pool.
Parents (dads are are encouraged to bring baby to any of our classes but especially the dads-only weekend sessions), grandparents and child carers are welcomed from all areas of Nottingham.
Although Urban Kneads has been running since the end of 2006 we have just recently moved to our new city centre venue. Previously only offering pregnancy massage, baby massage and baby yoga classes, we now want to expand our services to offer a one-stop shop for your pregnancy and new parent services.
Our exciting future plans include on-site treatment rooms, a parent and child-friendly cafe and studios for baby classes and
pre/postnatal fitness classes.
