Suzie Young - Baby Massage and Baby Yoga Instructor, Pregnancy Massage Therapist
Urban Kneads was founded in late 2006 by Suzie Young, following a career in Health Club management. Whilst managing a particularly 'holistic' club in London, Suzie was introduced to the concept of Baby Massage and was moved by the benefits it brought to the mums and babies attending the classes. Some years later when setting up her own wellness business, Suzie decide to qualify as a Baby Massage Instructor herself and set up classes in Nottingham. Mums were soon asking for more and so qualifications in Baby Yoga and Pregnancy Massage followed quickly. Alongside qualifications, Suzie has also worked hard to create a strong network of local professionals so that Urban Kneads can offer a truly holistic approach for new parents and parents-to-be.
Since founding Urban Keads, Suzie has had the pleasure of working with over 500 parents and giggly-wiggly babies and has been recognised as a Baby Massage and Yoga expert. She has provided services for Nottingham City Council, been sought out as an expert by BBC radio and presented on Baby Massage for Neurofen for Children at The Baby Show at the NEC in Birmingham.
