If you are less than 33 weeks pregnant the aqua natal classes are £30 for a 6 session block to be used within 7 weeks of purchase/first session.
If you are more than 33 weeks pregnant you can pay at each aqua natal session - £5 per class.
Booking for these classes is essential and a health questionnaire must be returned in advance of your first class - download your aqua natal booking form/health questionnaire here.
Please note aqua natal classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy and non-swimmers can attend.
