Baby Classes at the Urban Kneads Centre, Nottingham
Although having a new baby can be an exciting and joyful time, the reality is it can also be tiring, stressful and difficult to adjust to.
Having classes to join in can offer some time-out to just enjoy your baby. Together you can spend time actually bonding instead of just cleaning, feeding or changing. The classes usually offer lots of stimulation for your baby, helping to tire them out ready for a sleep (and a rest for you!). Classes help with babies' developement and give you lots of ideas to use at home.
You also get the chance to meet other new parents - an often welcome opportunity to talk to other adults! We provide an environment where you'll feel comfortable to seek advice, ask questions and help reassure other parents if your baby is a few months older.
We currently offer the following baby classes: Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, Sensory Play, Socatots and The Creation Station. You can find out more about each of these by following the links or view our class timetable here.
