Class places can be booked by returning your form and payment to Urban Kneads.
Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Booking Forms
Please use the relevant on-line booking form for your course or massage. If you are booking a baby massage and baby yoga course you only need to complete one form and put both class dates in the box provided (they will both fit if you write them in this format or similar: BM - DD/MM/YY and BY - DD/MM/YY).
For the First Aid Course a form is not required although if you pay by bank transfer please drop me an email/contact form to let me know your contact details.
Once you have submitted your form you will be returned to this page to make payment.

You can choose to either use Google Checkout (choose the relevant option from the drop-down menu below) or pay by bank transfer to:
