Other than our Pregnancy Yoga classes (see opposite), all our treatments and classes are held at the beautiful Bay Therapy Centre. This centre only opened at the end of 2010 and is a lovely space.
The centre is situated close to Nottingham Rugby Club on the first block of houses as you come down Trent Boulevard from Lady Bay Bridge.
On-street parking is available on Trent Boulevard and on Rutland Road opposite the centre.
BUS: The number 11 bus runs frequently from Victoria Centre to Woodlands Road bus stop next door to Bay Therapy Centre.
